Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Showsync B.V. ("Showsync"). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Paddle — Our Online Reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through our website. For these purchases, Paddle handles billing-related inquiries, including payment issues, invoices, and VAT questions.

Direct Orders

In some cases, such as orders placed by companies or institutions, or individuals requesting a VAT reverse charge invoice, purchases may be arranged directly with Showsync via invoice. Payment is handled by bank transfer, after which the license is delivered.

Refund Policy

Videosync, Beam for Live and Beam for Max are sold as perpetual software licenses. All three products offer a fully functional trial mode prior to purchase, allowing you to evaluate all core features before completing a transaction.

If you have not yet activated your license, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a license has been activated, no refunds are available, as activation constitutes delivery of the digital product.

For customers in the European Union, EU consumer law provides a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital goods. By completing a purchase through Paddle, you consent to the immediate availability of the product before the end of that 14-day period. In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this right of withdrawal is waived once the product has been downloaded, activated, or otherwise used.

If you believe your situation warrants an exception, for example in the case of a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning as described, please contact us at [email protected]. We review such requests on a case-by-case basis.

For purchases made directly with Showsync, the same refund policy applies.
